These Terms govern purchases and use of scentingworks.com operated by Scenting Works LLC. Last updated: August 1, 2026. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The basics

Products are offered for personal or business ambient scenting unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Product images, coverage estimates, and descriptions are for guidance. Actual scent throw varies by space, airflow, intensity settings, and oil choice.

Prices, availability, and promotions can change without notice until an order is accepted.

Orders and payment

Orders are processed through our Shopify checkout. A charge authorization does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel and refund if an item cannot be fulfilled.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for current timelines and free-shipping threshold. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Title and risk of loss pass when we deliver the goods to the carrier, except where required otherwise by law.

Returns, refunds, and warranty

Returns, restocking, aroma final-sale rules, and warranty coverage are described in the Refund and Returns Policy. That policy controls if there is a conflict with older wording elsewhere.

Product safety and SDS

Fragrance and essential oils are concentrated products. Follow usage directions, keep away from children and pets as appropriate, and do not ingest oils sold for diffusion.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and related supplier documents for specific SKUs are available on request at /request-sds. SDS describe the material as supplied by our fragrance suppliers and are provided for handling and compliance support.

Intellectual property and brand names

Scenting Works names, logos, and site content are owned by us or our licensors.

Some aroma names are inspired by hospitality scent profiles. Scenting Works is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any hotel or resort brand referenced for inspiration unless we expressly say so.

Disclaimers

Except for any written limited warranty on qualifying diffusers, products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Fragrance oils are not drugs, medical devices, or treatments. We do not claim they diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scenting Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from site use or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
